Legal right to use thus spy pen, and the video got by it could be used as a evidence?
Could certainly be used to get the police interested in a certain crime, trespass or vandalism issue - could also alert them to a possible suspect. Using footage in an actual UK court of law is a different matter….it’s more likely to be used as part of the build up of evidence in a case.
