New taxi camera / in car camera on the way
We are shortly going to be testing a new in car camera product which will, if our testing goes well, be ideal for use as a taxi camera and vehicle DVR.
The “all in one” camera / recorder, vehicle DVR device will have 2 built in surveillance cameras. Surveillance camera number 1 will ideally be facing through the front windscreen whilst surveillance camera number 2 will be capturing video footage from inside the vehicle. The second camera will have infrared and so be able to capture close range action in low light conditions at night time aswell as during the day.
The recording side will also be built in and utilise SD card technology - keeping the unit small and compact. This new in car camera product will be powered straight from the vehicles cigarette lighter, so no need for any real configuration to your vehicle.
